ABOUT TRINITY
Trinity Welfare was established to bridge the gap between young people and their families.
Our mission is to provide a safe, supportive environment that promotes rehabilitation, personal growth, and lasting positive change. We are committed to helping young people rebuild trust, develop life skills, and realise their potential.

Our vision is to ensure that every young person is given a second chance—an opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive just like anyone else. We believe that with the right guidance and support, every child can overcome challenges and move forward with confidence and purpose.
Community
Partnerships for Inclusion
At Trinity Welfare, we are proud to partner with Barking and Dagenham Football Club to provide young people with positive role models and meaningful community connections.
Through this collaboration, experienced mentors and coaches engage with our young people in structured, supportive environments—offering consistent guidance around behaviour, attitude, and lifestyle. Our objective is to encourage personal growth by helping young people adopt healthy, constructive habits that promote long-term wellbeing and success. This partnership not only strengthens ties between young people and their local community but also fosters resilience, confidence, and a sense of belonging.
Working closely with all stakeholders, we ensure each child’s placement is supported by a strong network focused on achieving shared goals and positive, lasting outcomes.

Community Outreach
At our residential care home, we believe that supporting young people goes beyond the walls of the home. Through our community outreach programmes, we create meaningful opportunities for young people to engage with their local communities—whether through volunteering, helping others, or taking part in local initiatives.
These experiences are designed to give them a broader perspective on the world around them, helping them to develop empathy, build confidence, and foster a genuine sense of gratitude. By encouraging young people to give back, we help them recognise their own value and the positive impact they can have on others.
